One More Day Makes all the Difference!

Sometimes two nights just aren’t quite enough. Give yourself three nights at Sunset Beach and suddenly there’s time to settle in, explore a little, and still have a whole day when you don’t have to do much of anything.

Day One: Arrive & Settle In

Your getaway begins the moment you arrive. Check in, unpack, and step onto your screened porch to take in the saltwater marsh views. Settle into a rocker, breath in the coastal air, and let yourself slow down. Later, take an easy walk to the beach, stroll along the shoreline, or head out for an early dinner before returning to the Inn for a quiet evening. No need to fit too much into today, you have two more days ahead of you.

Day Two: Get Out & Explore

Now that you’re settled in, spend the day discovering more of Sunset Beach and the surrounding area. Walk along the beach to Bird Island and leave a note in the Kindred Spirit Mailbox, visit the Sunset Beach Pier, explore the Town Park, or catch a show at the Ingram Planetarium. Feeling adventurous? Take a kayak tour or head to nearby Calabash for a dolphin cruise. Finish your day with fresh seafood and come back to your porch to unwind. The best part? You still have another night.

Day Three: Third Day’s the Charm

By day three, you’ve found your rhythm. Sleep a little later. Linger over coffee. Take another long walk on the beach, browse a few local shops, revisit a favorite spot, or make absolutely no plans at all. Grab a book, settle into a rocker, watch the migrating birds in the marsh, and enjoy having nowhere you need to be. This is the day you realize why staying that extra night makes such a difference.

Day Three: Ahh…Deep Breaths

Two nights can feel like a quick getaway. Three nights give you time to truly enjoy it. Treat yourself to 72 hours at Sunset Beach and discover how nice it feels when you don’t have to rush home just as you’re beginning to unwind.
